Construction of a building of 88 housing units, garage and commercial premises on a site of regular shape of an area of 3,147 square metres and permitted building of 9,946.69 square metres. The project was built as a closed block with an open internal patio. The building is on 6 floors, with 16 housing units per floor, except for the ground floor where there are 8 flats, of which two are adapted for the disabled. There are five types of housing units, all with a useful area of between 80 and 86 square metres: 66 units with 3 bedrooms and 22 units with 4 bedrooms (including the 2 adapted). The buildings have solar energy and a pre-installation prepared for centralised air conditioning. There are commercial premises at ground level, 93 garage places, 74 storerooms and rooms for installations.
