The Joint Venture Copisa-Vera starts the construction of the bridge over the Genil river, between Albolote and Santa Fe. It is a bridge of 110 meters long from end to end distributed in three spans of fifteen, eighty and fifteen meters. The design of the bridge has visually the form of a cable-stayed arch. It is the main landmark of the Albolote-Santa Fe section of the second ring road It is also the most complex because it is necessary to cross the layout of the N-432 road, the high-speed train railway and the course of the Genil river.

A total of 2.3 million kilograms of steel and approximately 10,070 cubic meters of concrete will be needed. Cranes with a load capacity of two hundred tons are being used.
