The Line 5 of Barcelona underground will open a new station in 2021

The Department of Territory awarded the Joint Venture Copisa-Obrascón Huarte Lain the architecture and installation works of the new Ernest Lluch station on line 5 of the Barcelona underground, worth 14.2 million euros.

The works to be executed include interior conditioning, accesses, architecture, finishes and installations. There will also be a new ventilation chamber for a good station air inlet and outlet, and the drainage of the infrastructure will be reinforced.

The station will have three levels: ground, hall and platforms. The access to the hall is at the crossroads of the Trambaix stop. The emergency exit will be executed at the other end of the station, on the corner with Ernest Lluch street of l’Hospitalet de Llobregat.

The stop is located between the stations of Collblanc and Pubilla Cases, and will connect the underground line with the T1, T2 and T3 lines of the Trambaix.
