03 Nov Award of the concession for the construction, exploitation and maintenance of Els Plans prison

The Joint Venture formed by COPISA, RUBAU, FCC and OHL has been awarded the construction of Els Plans prison in Tàrrega. This project will be financed through a contract over a building right, a formula by which the concessionaire makes the necessary investment for the construction, exploitation and maintenance of the facility, receiving in return an annual fee from the Authorities.
